Hasan Nizami

Hasan Nizami
He is sometimes also referred to as Sadr al-Din Muhammad bin Hasan al-Nizami. A native of Nishapur, Hasan Nizami appears to have migrated to Delhi prior to 1205-1206. He was commissioned in that year to write a record of the deeds of Muizz al-Din Muhammad Ghauri. Hasan Nizami wrote Taj al-ma'asir, a rhetorical account of the military exploits of Muizz al-Din Muhamad Ghauri, Qutb al-Din Aibek, and Iltutmish, prior to 1217.
